Bedroom 1 — Full-over-Full Bunk Beds
A flexible sleeping space designed for families and additional guests.

Bedroom 2 — Queen Bed
A comfortable Queen bedroom for restful coastal nights.

Important Sleeping Note — A sofa sleeper is located in the loft but is not available or advertised as a guest sleeping option. Please do not use it as a bed.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the home, providing a comfortable and convenient setup for families and groups.

Game Room
When you’re ready for a little friendly competition, head to the garage game room for ping pong. It’s a fun bonus for after-dinner matches, foggy coastal afternoons, and determining who gets bragging rights for the rest of the trip.
The garage also houses the EV charger and washer + dryer.

Outdoor Living
The expansive deck is one of Sea Casa’s biggest highlights, with panoramic Pacific views and plenty of space to settle into the coastal setting.

Outstanding views and easy access to gorgeous Doran beach from this home. Very little privacy due to lack of trees and proximity to neighbors, I would not pick as a honeymoon destination. The home was mostly adequately set up for our family of five, but not as described in the rental listing. There is no king bed in the loft, which we were counting on a part of our sleeping arrangements. There is a twin trundle bed in the loft which could be converted to a king I suppose, but the home does not provide a king bed converter, nor any extra king size bedding for use. The kitchen is very pretty, but we found it lacking in some basic supplies (like salt and pepper) that made any sort of complicated cooking challenging. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would choose a different home for our family the next time we are in the area for these reasons.

We usually spend the 4th of July in Dillon Beach, but this year we tried something new. We were so pleasantly surprised by the absolutely perfect experience at Sea Casa. It was truly the best way to spend the holiday with our family.

There were four of us staying at SeaCasa and we thoroughly enjoyed this rental. The location was great, views were beautiful, and the space was perfect for our group. We loved the deck, fire table and hot tub. Furniture was comfy, kitchen stocked with all the cooking items/utensils we needed. The only comment a couple of the "cooks" in our group had was that the kitchen could use a little more lighting. Would definitely stay here again.

We live in the center of Silicon Valley. This home is a lovely near-by escape with comfortable accommodations. We are only two people, so the place was very spacious. We enjoyed the hot-tub after long hikes. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped for those of us who do our own cooking because of dietary restrictions. My suggestions for the owner/manager is to buy a new mattress for the master bedroom (scooching towards the center helps for now). The master bedroom is in need of a shade or other window covering for one upper level window. The morning sun will wake you up (this was in the autumn).

Beautiful deck and gorgeous view from the deck. We really enjoyed the little gas fire-pit on the deck, it was just enough to take the chill off even though we had great weather. The umbrella was nice on the deck as well, it did get a little hot and sunny at one point too, so both things made the deck really enjoyable - the three of us spent a lot of time there and the furniture was comfy too. The kitchen was well stocked and open to the family room. One thing you should know is the bedroom situation is a little unusual, although it worked for the three of us perfectly. The master bedroom with a very comfortable king bed, glass door to the deck, and awesome view (gorgeous to see the moonlight on the water) does not have an attached bathroom, but the bathroom right next door is very nice and it is close. The bedroom with double bunk beds has the ensuite bathroom. The third sleeping area is in a loft that is up a few stairs but basically open, so no privacy there. Not sure how it would work for more than one couple, but for the family of three of us it was perfect. Would defiantly stay again with our family of three.

Sea Casa was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The layout of the house was very open and inviting. The kitchen was pristine to make our meals, and all the rooms were comfortable and clean. The hot tub was perfect after our long hikes and activities, and the telescope was an added bonus for stargazing. Would definitely love to come back or recommend to others.
