Welcome to The Black Nest! A brand new vacation rental with a new hot tub, close to downtown Guerneville!
This sweet getaway is cozy and modern with a wood burning stove; Perfect for curling up and letting the world slip on by!
Tucked away under towering redwoods, The Black Nest is a charming, cozy 1 bedroom cottage situated off the beaten path and just a few min drive from the beautiful Russian River. Perfect as a romantic getaway for 2 or a small friends/family gathering for up to 4 guests, The Black Nest is just a 1 mile walk to downtown Guerneville where you will find restaurants, bars, coffee shops, antique stores, art galleries, wine tasting and more! In the heart of the Russian River wine country, it is just a 20 minute drive from nearly 50 wineries and the Pacific coast!
We are pup friendly with an enclosed yard!

There is a full flight of stairs from the street parking up to the Black Nest

- Window AC Unit to help beat the heat during the summer!
- Well appointed kitchen with everything you need to make great meals! Miniature Chef's Kitchen!
- Small office area. Dedicated work space with great WiFi
- Newly remodeled full bath.
- Romantic Bedroom - has a comfortable very Queen bed and stunning white antler chandelier!

THINGS TO KNOW:
- Dog Friendly - $90 Dog Fee per pup.
- Yard is enclosed for pup
- Occupancy: 4 People max / day or night
- Parking: Up to 2 vehicles.
- Disclosure: To help provide our guests with peace of mind, security cameras are installed near both entrances. Please note, private spaces
are private. There are no cameras inside the cabin, including the bedroom, bathroom and common areas which include both sleeping
areas, living room, sofa bed and hot tub. We want our guests to feel safe and at the same time enjoy their privacy.

The Black Nest stay was simply amazing. The home had everything needed for our getaway. So cozy. The neighborhood was so beautiful. The environment was so peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and everything was so simple and easy to get into the home and begin our vacation. The location is amazing! The town was beautiful and friendly! 10/10 recommend staying here for a cozy weekend vacation! Thank you for everything!

The Black Nest was everything we could have hoped for!! Perfect for a romantic getaways and it surpassed our expectations. We lost cell reception on the way up, but the welcome packet in the front provided us with all the information necessary for wifi and even gives instructions how to enable wifi calling! If you’re on the fence when choosing between Airbnbs - here’s your sign to book The Black Nest.

My husband and I planned a quick weekend trip with our dog to Guerneville and this place was perfect. The location was ideal, the home itself was a great vibe and was extremely comfortable, and Stace was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this spot!

Despite arriving in a major storm and having a few issues, I had a beautiful weekend with a friend. The cabin is surprisingly cozy and the hot tub was better than expected. There were some nice snacks and a bottle of sparkling water for us upon arrival. The bed and other furnishings were comfortable. The garden area is charming and we enjoyed it as best we could given the rain. The rock garden was greatly appreciated because it really helped me keep my white fluffy dog clean despite the rain and mud below the cabin. We were warm and cozy and had a nice time. The washer/dryer was useful as well.

We had an amazing time at the Black Nest. Stace is a warm welcoming attentive host. We really enjoyed our stay here and think it’s a great way to enjoy the area from the comfort of a place that feels like home. The space was absolutely stunning and exactly what was promised. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was super comfy and clean. It has a great hot tub and outdoor space. It is a beautiful home that we would love to visit again in the future.

Beautifully decorated, perfect location to downtown Guerneville. The hot tub was a nice bonus. My best friend and I stayed here for a Bestie getaway weekend and we didn’t want to leave! Great place for two friends or a couple.

Great location close to plenty of entertainment - hiking, wineries, the river, restaurants, etc. The house is beautifully appointed and feels cozy and secluded with huge trees all around. Highly recommend!
