Very relaxing and peaceful.<br/>One complaint-the listing states there is air conditioning. There is NOT. Luckily we only wanted it the first day to cool down the house.

We loved our stay!!!! Just wanted to let you know it might be more safe to have a coffee maker that automatically turns off. Most folks are use to that. And leaving it unattended could cause problems. Also, the double bed on the street side of the cabin doesn't sleep 2 people comfortably because they roll into the middle. Must have only held 1 person in the past. One of our guests had to come to our home around the corner for comfort. Just wanting to give a heads up. Not complaining at all!!! We so appreciate Stacy and Karen and the loving team that makes this such a loving place. Thank you!!!!

Great spot and amenities. It is very private location, surrounded by mature redwoods. The only downside is that the living room and dining room is a bit dark because of all the wonderful trees. There are plenty of windows in the house to let light and air in, but it's just the trees that keep the house pretty shaded. Quite location, 5 minute drive to Guerneville for coffee or bakery.

Very charming "tree house" in a quiet neighborhood. Great redwoods.<br/>The hot tub was excellent and made the visit special, nice fireplace also.<br/>The bathroom was a little cramped and we were low on hot water for a short while but management addressed it quickly

As part of a long-planned trip to California to enjoy a concert, a festival and wine tasting that was totally disrupted by the events of 2020, we were able to relax and thoroughly enjoy the Little Red House. As advertised, it is nestled in the midst of redwoods and the house has been completely updated. Unfortunately due to fire season, we were not able to use the fireplace but we did enjoy the other amenities including the hot tub and the grill where we had a meal on the deck under the canopy of redwoods - awesome! The property has been well maintained the management team was very responsive to a couple of questions. We would like to make a return visit and possible rent the lower part of the house as well to bring other friends with us!

Cozy and cute and relaxing. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space. The management company had the outdoor festive lights on for us as they knew we would arrive late. It felt like a vacation right from the start! Three small bedrooms so be careful not to stub your toe hear and there. Parking at the front of the property is plenty but the GPS will take you to the back. Unload in the back and then drive around to park in front.

The little red house was perfect for our 3 night stay in Sonoma County. Easy access to wineries, the coast & the beautiful Russian River. The house had everything we needed...hot tub, laundry, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds & a living area for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

We were evacuees of the Santa Rosa fire and Stacy couldn't have been nicer in helping get us into a VRBO rental with our animals. The house was lovely and in such a beautiful setting in the redwoods. They are real, authentic, compassionate people and they have beautiful homes to rent too! A real win-win!

We spent three nights in this cozy little treehouse for a girls weekend and it was perfect! Waking up and looking out the windows, all you see is redwoods and green. The grounds are so lush and full of life! The home is clean and nicely furnished. Comfy beds, ample cooking supplies. We played games and enjoyed wine from our wine tours on the cantina-lit deck, and enjoyed the jacuzzi. The location is a quick hop down the road to Guerneville (where we ate two nights in a row at Betty Spaghetti- highly recommended!) and not too far from the Sonoma wine roads. We also did a day trip to the Sonoma coast/Bodega Bay. This is a perfect spot if you want a cozy little getaway that feels secluded but offers easy access to several different areas. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

My 2 girlfriends and I had a great stay at the Little Red House. The house is really cute,clean, and very nicely decorated. We loved that we were surrounded by redwood trees! And the hot tub is great as well. We were visiting the area for the annual wine road barrel tasting weekend in the Russian River Valley and Dry Creek. We can also speak highly to the customer service offered by the owners. On our first night, we didn't have water (it had been turned off to fix a leak, then never turned back on! An easy fix, luckily.) Stacey was kind enough to bring us some water to help get us through the night, and the water was back on early in the morning. In terms of location, Guerneville is close by to the house, which is a cute little town with a couple good restaurants (we liked Boon and the Garden Grill.) If you're going to the area for wine tasting, it's not the MOST convenient location, but still not very far (about 35-40 minute drive to Healdsburg.) All in all, we would recommend this house to others.

Check-in was a breeze, the house had everything you could possibly need (with the exception of a hair dryer), and the location can't be beat.

The photos of the Little Red House don't come close to doing it justice. We stayed for the first three days of our honeymoon and it couldn't have been more perfect. I hope we get the opportunity to do it again.

I rented this cabin with my Mother, Niece, Nephew and friend. I was expecting a snug and cozy cabin with limited space but we experienced was very different. This cabin has an open eating and living room sitting area. The porch allows for an extended eating and sitting area as well. And then there is an additional patio at the lower level near the hot tub. The rooms were cozy but allowed for plenty of room for our luggage. The property is well maintained. And the location provided a priceless view of majestic redwoods. I will definitely return as soon and as often as I can. Thank you!

We had an awesome experience. We would pick this cabin again. It's very nice, cozy and clean. It's a great location, close to the River and BodegaBay. This home is very well taken care of. Property mgmt team are professional and very helpful. Thank you everyone!

Rented the Little Red house for Vineman, and it was perfect in every way. Beautiful location in the redwoods, fully stocked kitchen with nice pots/pans and appliances. We would return again!

My wife and I, along with another couple, stayed 4 nights here after a couple of days in San Francisco. The house was perfect for us. It’s located in a Redwood forest and was a very quiet place with quiet neighbors. The house had been renovated recently and has a nice kitchen and bath. We mainly spent time in Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and parts of Napa County so we were on the road a lot. The property management company was easy to work with and very helpful. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet retreat in a laid back community.

We spent a weekend at the Little Red House for a small getaway. We had the most relaxed experience. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, the home was comfy and left feeling refreshed. I highly recommend this home and plan on returning soon.

Our stay here was soooo relaxing. We really needed to just get away from the everyday cycle of things and to have some fun. The neighbor's were very quiet and most of the time seemed non exsistent. Very calm and peaceful... We loved it! :)

Very lovely, well appointed house. Has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Need to be clearer about the parking situation. Don't arrive in the dark as it is difficult to find and to park.
