Dogs must be crated if left unattended
Please keep dogs under control around the property, as local wildlife may be present

GUEST GUIDELINES
• Max 6 guests Day or Night | No parties or gatherings | Private HOA community
• Parking: 2 cars max (no street parking HOA Rule)
• Dog-friendly: 2 dogs max ($125 per dog) Dog must be crated if left unattended for dog and house safety.
• Guest beach parking pass provided
• No smoking/vaping indoors
• Water conservation required (coastal supply)
• Please turn off outside lights when not in use for sea and stars viewing

⏱ CHECK-IN DETAILS
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.

Lovely house. Great view. Loved sitting in the hot tub on the deck and listening to the ocean. Management company always available. Never had a problem teaching them if we had a question. <br/>The ocean is my happy place and this place really helped me unwind!
