ENTRY LEVEL – Living & Sleeping Spaces - Up a flight of stairs from the driveway.

Kitchen – Large, open kitchen connecting to the dining area, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Wall of windows with serene river views.

Living Room – Spacious and cozy with two very comfy couches, two armchairs, a large Smart TV with streaming capabilities, and a warm gas fireplace. Great place to catch up on your days adventures!

Dining Area – Large round table, perfect for dinners and game nights. Sliding doors our to large deck overlooking the Russian River!

Bedroom 1 – Comfortable Queen bed

Bedroom 2 – Two cozy Twin beds

Additional Sleeping – Sleeper sofa in the living room

The house was very clean and in a beautiful location. Redwoods and river, breathtaking. The kitchen well appointed with a brand new dishwasher. We had a hiccup with the door code; it had been changed and not updated in the guest information. The management was able to give us a code in a timely manner. Generally, the management was very responsive. We did have an issue with excessive noise the first full day of our stay; electric blowers were going all day near the cabin, and we could not get away from the sound, even with all the doors and windows closed. Also, the golf course nearby uses electric blowers every morning in the 7:00 hour. It is a little disappointing as the deck's peacefulness is interrupted. One of the reasons we booked the cabin was for the quiet hours stated in the listing. The cabin does have a great location, very close to surrounding attractions. The mattress in the twin room could use an update.

Sorry you had a less than stellar stay. The outside maintenance in the neighborhood is unusual. It was not related to our home and out of our control, although we did respond and spoke to them.. We hope to host you again.

The area was beautiful and it was so lovely to have the balcony overlooking the river. The home had everything we needed. There were just a few things that needed some maintenance. The dishwasher seemed to be broken, and the toilet seat was wooden and split.

cute, well appointed home, right on the river. sit on the back deck in total privacy and stare at the birds, river, mountain and trees...truly relaxing.
