DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is fully fenced and enclosed.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.

Max occupancy: 6 adults / up to 8 with small children (under 3) — NO drop-in guests — NO parties — NO large gatherings
Parking: 3 cars in driveway (rear alley access)

We loved staying at Villa Mimosa and have already booked a return visit. The space was perfect for hanging out with a toddler and older kids. The backyard was even more idyllic than the photos: serene, private, perfect amount of shade and sun, lots of different spots to sit or read a book or play. Our pup loved the enclosed space. The upper balcony terrace was perfect for breakfast while listening to the birds sing. Walking to Vacation Beach and a playground made for the perfect family stay.

This is truly an enchanting rental. The home is like a jewel box. It is obviously built with much attention to craftsman details and aesthetics. The cathedral ceilings made of beautiful Redwood, the wide plank hardwood floors and stairs, the updated kitchen and baths all were just beautiful. The home is decorated like you would decorate your own home with luxury and attention to details. The garden is spectacular and something unusual for the Russian River area in that it is very sunny, bright and nice flat piece of land. There are neighbor beaches nearby and you can bring your pooch to them. I did not know about the Vacation Beach section of Guerneville and it is a real treasure. There are many full time residents there and it is a real vibrant community of lovely homes. Love this place and will for sure be back. We are frequent home renters over the past decade and this one definitely rises to the top. It's a dream property. Thanks for opening your home to us Stace.

This is hands down one of the best rentals in the Bay Rea and beyond. Incredible yard for dogs - not worrying about a fence, foxtails, poop - is an absolute blessing. The hot tub was pristine. Inside, the living room layout is perfect. A wonderful wraparound couch, enough floor space for a kaoroke party in front of the mounted TV. Showers and beds were fantastic, and everything was so CLEAN. The street is also exactly what you're looking for to walk a dog, and there's a playground at the end of the road. We will definitely return, love love loved it. Oh - and we had a candy bag, popcorn, and smores gifts when we arrived! Stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Mimosa mostly for the location and for the yard and deck. The house was nicely situated, however, it needed a GOOD cleaning. Bedding had spots, bottom sheets were not fitted so they were always a mess. The kitchen sink facet was broken,<br/>refrigerator handle on left side is broken, lights constantly flickering, and major dust behind furniture. Dining table needed a tablecloth so you didn't have to look at all the scratches and stains.<br/>Overall, a good cleaning, updated sheets, some nice dish towels and a tablecloth would have made a big difference.<br/>We enjoyed walking to the beach and walking with our dog around the neighborhood. Neighbors were nice and friendly. With as much as we paid for our stay, I expected a cleaner cabin and better supplies.<br/>We would stay again only if we knew that the cabin had had a GOOD cleaning in between guests. The cabin needs a lot of TLC.

Villa-mimosa is just as it’s named. The beautiful view of the green hillside was a treat. The landscape and outdoor amenities were perfect for a picnic and bbq. Dogs were very happy they got to run around in a fenced in yard. House was clean and family friendly. Thanks for having the kid barrier at the top of the stairs. Breakfast in the upstairs patio was the highlight.

Villa Mimosa was wonderful! It was close to the local town and accesible to nearby beach and hikes! The backyard was extremely enjoyable for not only but our dog as well!! It was fully fenced in and was private. Stace was extremely responsive and making sure we had a great stay! Would definitely book again!

Beautiful place to stay for a weekend getaway. The fenced in yard was amazing for our kids and dog - it was really a huge space for running and playing. The deck was also a favorite spot and the area is incredibly peaceful. The colors of the leaves that were falling, the variety of birds in the trees, the fresh scent of redwoods.The sleeping arrangement worked out perfectly for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids, as there is a king bed, queen bed and bunk bed. The foosball table was also a big plus and was enjoyed greatly!Thank you for a fabulous stay. We’ll be back again in the future.

We loved Villa Mimosa. The place is quiet and peaceful and close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. I went there with my spouse and our two little ones. The living room is very cozy. The kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely love to go back.

Loved this sweet place! Great house, perfect for kids (or second couple) to be on a separate floor with their own bathroom - and the master bedroom and bath were beautiful and comfortable (especially the bed and sheets). Extremely clean all around. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, and the dogs enjoyed the very big, fenced and private yard. Very peaceful and relaxing, will definitely come back!

Villa Mimosa was a great spot for my annual Russian River birthday float moment! The outdoor areas were lovely, and with two stories we felt we had ample space for our group of 6. Kitchen was well-stocked (sticks for s’mores!) and the location was very central.

what a wonderful birthday weekend because of Villa Mimosa it was perfect for me, my boyfriend and one other couple, and our fur baby! she pretty much thought we moved in and made herself right at home in the most beautiful yard. I will definitely be looking at this place again for Guerneville weekend getaways

Great little oasis for a family getaway! Lots to do around the area and the backyard has everything you could ask for - hot tub, fire pit, etc. Wish we could have stayed for longer!

Villa Mimosa was everything our family had hoped to experience on our getaway! The house was extremely clean and the rustic modern feel of the house made us feel like we were home but still on vacation. The house and backyard were great for our kids and our dog to have fun! The neighborhood was cute and we had a great time at the river spot near the house. We can't wait to return!

Villa Mimosa was a spectacular place to stay - our 2 pups absolutely loved the large enclosed yard. Right in the heart of Russian River valley with easy access to everything, while still feeling like a peaceful, secluded getaway. Excited to return soon!

Great time hanging with the family. Perfectly located between the coast and Sebastopol or Healdsburg! Easy access to the river and beautiful yard! Has everything you need for a fun time! Super clean and described perfectly by hosts! Hosts are also super communicative and even supplied a roasting pan for our Turkey! Awesome hosts!

Villa Mimosa is wonderful! The hot tub/ spa was the best of yet to come across in an air BNB. There were complimentary snacks left and all instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. The house was beautiful, and so was the large yard. Would love to come back next trip to the Russian River!!

Our stay at Villa Mimosa was wonderful! Stace was an awesome host and her communication prior to our trip and during our trip was fabulous! We were able to access the rental with no issues, and found everything to be just as described on the listing. Stace was sweet and welcomed us with a basket of snacks, brochures, and a binder with all the details we needed to have a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Villa Mimosa was wonderful. The hosts were extremely attentive pre-checkin in answering questions and sharing additional information regarding activities, places to eat ect. The home was clean and partially stocked with some cooking items (few spices, oil, tin foil) which made our stay that much easier. The property is close to neighbors, but has a large enclosed backyard and felt very secluded which was great. Close walk to the river, and just a short car ride into town. I would highly recommend staying at this home.

Great location in Red Woods near Russian River. We made It our base for exploring wine country and the coast. Returning to the hot tub and fire pit at the end of the day was also wonderful!

We had a great time at this place. It was very clean, and the yard was completely fenced as advertised. We enjoyed the BBQ and had a couple of nice evenings sitting on the deck enjoying the solitude as the sunset
