This newer vacation home has plenty of space for 4 people & is nestled in a prime location for exploring wineries, quaint towns, & beautiful beaches. The new hot tub is surrounded by redwoods & greenery and the home site high above the Russian River Valley.

- Kitchen - Modern well appointed w/ everything needed to make great meals. Views of the lemon tree out the window
- Dining area - Great for meals & Game Nights! Windows look out to the magical backyard
- Living room - Comfy, warm & inviting w/sliding doors to outdoor deck spaces and incredible forest views from all windows. It has a wood burning stove, Central heat & Smart TV w/ Xfinity cable service. Light & bright w/lots of windows!
- Bedroom 1 - Comfortable Queen size bed & separate exit to the front yard/flower garden
- Bedroom 2 - Comfortable Queen size bed & separate exit to the front yard/flower garden
- Bathroom 1 - Full bath w/step in shower.

Hi, great house, great views. Shower/tub upstairs stopped immediately and nightstand outlet was dead so had to ask for extension cord. Desd frog in hottub - no one to blame but prevented me from going in. Laundry room smells terrible. Storage upstairs was a little strange - so much room but nowhere to hang anything, drawers had no backs, bathroom had little place to put things. Strange to have a hottub and no beach towels. But overall great stay.

The house was bright and spacious. It could use a few updates but nothing major. The rental company was really great and responded to all of our requests right away.

Overall, the house was a great place to spend time and in a lovely setting. The team at Wine Country Coast To Coast were responsive and accommodating.<br/><br/>A few issues:<br/><br/>- The primary bed mattress didn't fit the frame so it wasn't very comfortable. <br/><br/>- The thermostat seemed like it wasn't working. I'd change the temperature but it wouldn't take.<br/><br/>- The lighting in the main room was kinda harsh, a few lamps would help.<br/><br/>- It would have been nice if the kitchen had some basics like coffee / sugar / oil / condiments.

We did check the thermostat. Working good.
The bed was not situated in the frame correctly, that was strange, but that is fixed.
The lights in the living room have a dimmer switch, so can go very bright or you can dim it down.
We do supply the basics in the kitchen, they are in the cabinet near the stove.

It was a wonderful stay with my family. The house was beautiful. Unfortunately it rained, but that made it magical. The house and kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. The only issue was the bed in the master bedroom was not stable at all.. And the curtains in all the rooms want blackout curtains and they Weren't wide enough to cover the entire windows.<br/>

This Magic Mountain rental was made for a perfect vacation! The house was spotless and beautifully stocked for everyday living. The views were incredible and the hot tub was cleaned and warmed in preparation for our arrival. Our hosts left a basket of goodies and a bunch of inforamtion on local attarctions and food options. Couldnt have been happier with this experience start to finish! Highly recommend the amenities of Magic Mounian

The house is very beautiful and sits on top of a hill with amazing views. Sparkly clean, and the staff was very responsive when I called with some questions.

we had such a wonderful and peaceful time staying here! the house is awesome with beautiful landscaping and views from the deck. we really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and bird watching. there's plenty to do nearby like hike, go to the river or the beach, or visit local shops and restaurants. I would love to return!
