ENTRY LEVEL
Kitchen – Galley-style kitchen opens to the dining area and deck. Fully equipped with everything you need to create great meals, plus easy access to the wrap-around deck for morning coffee or outdoor dining.

Living Room – Spacious and bright with a comfy sectional, large Smart TV with YouTube TV and streaming, and a wood-burning stove for cooler months. Portable AC keeps summer days comfy. Sliding doors open to the large deck overlooking the Russian River and redwoods.

Dining Area – Large table perfect for dinners or game nights. Lots of windows bring the outdoors in!

Back Deck – Gas BBQ, outdoor dining, lounge seating, lighting, and a cozy gas fire table for evening gatherings.

Bedroom 1 – Spacious King bed with flat-screen TV, Chromecast, and YouTube TV access.
Bedroom 2 – Cheerful Queen bed.

Bathrooms – 1/2 bath on the main level, full bath with shower (no tub) plus laundry area.

LOFT
Large open loft with multiple sleeping options: 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds. Includes portable AC and a foosball table—perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests.

GAME ROOM / GARAGE
New ping pong table for friendly tournaments and endless laughs.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Hot Tub – Large “Soft Tub” in a cozy fenced area.

Wrap-Around Deck – Stunning views of the Russian River and redwoods, perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or lounging.

Dock – Removed until late June 2026. Reinstallation dependent on river conditions; call for updates.

Occupancy: 6 Guests Max Day or Night - No Drop in Guests - Quiet Area with an HOA and Security.
Parking: Up to 3 small or 2 medium sized vehicles in driveway
NO Pets
NO Smoking of Anything on Property
***Quiet on deck and in hot tub area 9PM to 9AM. Sonoma County Ordinance for ALL vacation homes. We have year-round neighbors. Please respect their "sound space" on deck, in hot tub area and game room/garage

We loved our stay at the Lazy River Lodge and would happily stay again!Every day we would cook, paddle around with the lodge's kayaks/canoe/floating chairs, hang out on the deck and read, watch tv, and play the provided boardgames. The wifi worked perfectly for us and there were plenty of outlets.The shopping district was a short 3 min drive away (walking distance, but walking on the shoulder with cars zooming by is nervewracking) and it was easy to pop out for coffee or to pick up olive oil for cooking. There were several restaurants, although we ended up eating at home every day - we'll try them next time!The cabin was a perfect set up for ou party of two families (two adult couples and two kids). The adults stayed in the two bedrooms downstairs and the kids had the loft to themselves. In the evenings after the kids went to bed, us adults would sit out on the deck around the gas firepit and shoot the breeze.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful stay on the Russian River. We loved that the house had 2 kayaks and a canoe that we could take on the river. I took my daughters and their friends and we all loved the spot! The fock was also a great spot to fish. We even saw 3 river otters on our last morning. The girls could all sleep in the loft upstairs together. The beds were super comfortable and nice flat screen in master bedroom. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

The place have all you need a beautiful view, convenience, charm, deck, By the river, all you need to cook, dishwasher you name it. You can recharge positively surrounded by nature. Watch the birds the fog it is close to town. Our kid did not want to leave nor did we:)I would like to buy the home when I hit the lottery!:)If I may suggest one thing needs a little touch is the shower and I am saying it with lots of respect to the owners.We appreciate the oportnunity to stay at the property.Thank you, we will be back:)

Absolutely loved our stay at the Lazy River Lodge. It was such a peaceful place, ticket into the redwoods with the river gliding by. Super close to Armstrong State Preserve which was lovely. Very comfortable and cozy place, hope to stay again soon!

We loved this home. It had everything we needed -- lots of space for the kids to stretch out in the loft, the foosball table was a nice surprise, big comfy couch and beds, ample seating on the deck w/beautiful views of the trees and river. I even got multiple visits by a hummingbird wanting to say hi. Loved how easy it was to get to Johnson's Beach, Armstrong woods, and downtown Guerneville for coffee and shopping... just minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay would love to come back!

This house and host were both fantastic! The cabin is extremely spacious and well laid our with a wonderful deck. If you come at the right time of year, you can even see a seal.

The balcony has awesome river and forest view. The house is very clean. Living room is spacious with great TV and lots of games. The loft is super cute with many beds and game. My son loved playing in the loft so much. <br/>We had a wonderful time doing BBQ in the balcony and just cannot get enough from the awesome view! The location is mins away from a small river beach.Super close to Armstrong redwood park too. 30 mins from beautiful highway 1 beaches. <br/><br/>The only thing I wish they could do better is the broken deck. I thought there is a deck connecting to the river, but many stairs are broken already , so you cannot go all the way down to the river from the private stairs.

The place was absolutely gorgeous. Our entire family from ages 3 to 67 enjoyed kayaking right from the property at different times of the day. Loved the flexibility in enjoying the outdoors. We also really enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor grill, and seating area. The place could easily accommodate more people than 6 as there are 6 beds in total, but there are only 1.5 baths, so it was perfect for our party of 6. Restaurants and Safeway is all very close by (<10 mins) so it was super convenient to grab food or stuff we needed.

The house is great, we have stayed here before. Dillon Beach Property Mgmt did a good job fixing it up, painting and upgrading the kitchen. The house was perfect for our stay. Spacious living room and dining with a big deck and perfect view of the River. We had our two kids with us and loved sleeping in the loft.<br/>We brought our own SUP and the house had two kayaks. Getting out on the River early is just heavenly!<br/>Do be careful locking and unlocking the kayaks - the metal wiring is sharp and can cut easily.<br/>We will definitely be back next year!
