Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms provide convenience for up to six guests, including one with a tub/shower combination and another with a walk-in shower. A washer and dryer make longer stays and river days easier.

This is where Cosmo really comes to life. Play a round on the private bocce court, start a cornhole tournament, relax in the hammocks, or gather around the gas fire table. Multiple decks provide space for outdoor dining and lounging, while the private hot tub is waiting when the day winds down. Best of all, Russian River access is approximately a 5-minute walk away.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
Outdoor space is available for relaxing and play.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.

• Parking: up to 3 vehicles

• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 9 AM

• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)

Overall great experience! It was clean, comfy, and a great place to stay near the river. While not on the river, you can walk to a river access point in 10min.

I recently celebrated by 50th birthday at the Cosmo Retreat. It is a great little house. We enjoyed cooking melas and enjoying them on the patio, hanging out by the outdoor fire and hot tubing in the evenings. <br/>There were plenty of beds for the 5 of us to sleep and overall the house was clean and well appointed. <br/>A few things I'd like to point out- <br/>1-All mugs and wine glasses provided are plastic. I think it would have ben really great to provide ceramic mugs and glass wine glasses for use. We ended up purchasing ceramic mugs ourselves to use.<br/>2- Bocce Ball court needs care. it is overgrown and not in good shape.<br/>3- Neigbors parking took up a lot of the road going to the house- be aware if you have a large vehicle.

We enjoyed our stay at Cosmo Retreat except it was too short!! The Kitchen was a nice size and we cooked while there. The living and outdoor areas were so nice and got to enjoy them at night. The rooms and bathrooms were also comfortable and only recoemd to refresh the pillows that were a little flat. It was close to ocean and wine country!! Will book again for sure.

Serene would be a great way to describe Cosmo Retreat. The Kitchen was well equipped. BBQ was in perfect working order. Easy check in and parking. Hot Tub was definitely a highlight. Cosmo retreat is a well maintained Rental.

We had a very enjoyable stay over New Years at this lovely house in Forestville. The house is modern, clean, spacious, comfortable and met all of our needs for home cooking. Armstrong Redwood State Park, just a few miles away, was the highlight of our visit.

The location is tranquil and beautiful. It's right off the main road, and about a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. We really enjoyed the big window overlooking the redwoods and the deck w/ hot tub. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay in this charming and quiet neighborhood by the Russian River. The property was impeccably clean, and the host was very responsive to all our questions, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with several small, local wineries nearby that we loved exploring. One of the highlights was relaxing on the hammock—such a peaceful experience. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Sonoma County.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house tucked away in the hills of the Russian River Valley. The area offers a wealth of activities, and the house itself is well-equipped to meet your everyday needs. It also has a great selection of games, both inside and out, perfect for relaxing moments. Our only minor issue was with the beds—they were comfortable for a night, but we found them a bit challenging for a longer stay of four nights. Overall, it was a delightful retreat!
