DOG GUIDELINES
Up to 2 dogs are welcome at Bella Oceana!
• Pet fee: $125 per dog
• Dogs must be crated when left unattended for their safety and the home's protection
• Please keep dogs under on-leach around the property due to local wildlife. The beach is off-leash beach.

GUEST GUIDELINES
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests, day or night (no drop-in visitors)
• No parties or gatherings (private HOA community)
• Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles (no street parking — HOA rule)
• Guest beach parking pass provided
• Quiet hours: 9 PM–9 AM
• No smoking/vaping indoors
• Water conservation required due to limited coastal water supply
• Please turn off outdoor lights when not in use for ocean and stargazing views

CHECK-IN DETAILS
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Arrival instructions sent 2–3 days before check-in. Please do not arrive to property without your check-in information.
• Guest support daily, 9 AM–9 PM, with after-hours emergency assistance

While the house is a little dated, it may have one of the best views in Dillon Beach. We could see all the way from the sea wall at Lawson’s Landing across all of Dillon Beach. Linens and beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with what we needed, hot tub was amazing, and games in the garage were great to have. The only complaint was perhaps having more comfortable seating in the living room. We only had 4 people, and filled the entire couch. Definitely not enough comfort seating as the piano takes up an entire wall. Despite that, we would stay here again.

Lovely house. Great view. Loved sitting in the hot tub on the deck and listening to the ocean. Management company always available. Never had a problem teaching them if we had a question. <br/>The ocean is my happy place and this place really helped me unwind!
