• Pets- Dogs welcome with $120 fee per dog. Must be crated if left unattended for pups safety.
• Smoking- No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property.

Beautiful put together and comfortable home in quaint Guerneville. Great spot to explore the more rustic, less “packaged” part of wine country (exactly what we were looking for). Great day trips to Ft Ross (spectacular drive on Hwy 1), Armstrong Preserve giant redwoods and some amazing wineries in Russian River AVA (check out Armida and Gary Farrel - you won’t be disappointed). The immediate neighborhood is going through a transformation with a mix of renovated homes and folks who’ve been living there for many many years. Overall a wonderful spot if you want to truly explore the diversity of Sonoma county.

Absolutely Zen was such a beautifully decorated clean home, hard wood floors, a cozy open living space, kitchen with all that we needed (great knives, pans, coffee maker), and windows to view lush landscape all around the house. Very quiet neighborhood. We had our small dog and enjoyed taking her for walks every morning amongst the towering redwoods - couldn't have been more IN nature. Very conveniently located to Guernville shops & Safeway and about 30 minutes to the beautiful coast for views, teen photo opps and hiking; loved sitting at Aquatica Cafe in Jenner! Enjoyed my cake, presents. and time with my family here, as we ride out what is hopefully the end of Covid days. The hosts made check in/out efficient and easy, reached out to check on our comfort and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

The place was great! Thoroughly enjoyed the house. The neighborhood was a little odd. There were nice houses on either side of us on our side of the street. Across the street there was a dilapidated house falling down, and a parking space with couch and other household items. So that was a little funky, but the redwoods were everywhere and softened the view.

we go to the river almost annually,never staying in the same place, which is fun, always and adventure. This house was very nice, seemingly very new, (my husband was convinced that we were the first people to stay there, which I knew we weren't). Very clean, very comfortable. Good layout, so many houses up there are kinda funky, with odd add ons, etc. <br/>I didn't know it was so off the beaten track, it's in the deep woods, which makes it a great stay if you want to sleep in. <br/>Open floor plan is nice,furniture is very comfortable. Grill located in the back, which is a bit awkward when bring your dinner in, as you can either go along the side of the house, to the front door, or, go through the bedroom, lol. Not a deal breaker. The one thing that "impacted" our stay was a lack of a cutting board. I messaged the managers and they were more then helpful about rectifying the issue. we bought on at safeway, and they said they would reimburse us, but, we decided to keep it, and let them know that they will need to supply one for the next guests. They were very apologetic for the inconvenience, I told them, no worries, we survived. It was fine exchange.<br/>The game room was a really fun addition. The ice dispenser in the fridge is apparently possessed, lol, sometimes the ice get jammed, then flooded out, had a few I Love Lucy moments with that.<br/>all and all, this is a very nice place to stay, especially if you want to get away from it all.

This home was equipped with every detail to make you stay comfortable. They thought of all the things, like seating options and extra toothbrushes, just in case!<br/><br/>Guernville itself is a cute town with lots of great places to eat and the river! <br/><br/>The property is nestled in an area of homes with a few portions that are one lane making it a little tricky to navigate, but not a deal breaker. <br/><br/>Dillon Beach Property Management was wonderful to work with. They were prompt, professional and courteous in all our interactions. They made the stay prep, and time during easy. I’d definitely book a property direct with them in the future.

Much nicer than the pictures. Super comfy. Lots of space. Kitchen was nice and updated. Could use a few more plates. Outdoor area and grill were nice. A hot tub would have been amazing! But overall would recommend

Reps for the property were very helpful and the place was clean, and well-appointed. Great for 4 people. Kitchen needed a few more basic items like a salad spinner and a few more plates. No dishwasher pods were on hand so we couldn't start the dishwasher. BBQ was nice an clean and we appreciated that. I'd suggest adding a couple of yoga mats as the lovely hardwood floors were just that - hard.<br/>Owner's guide to the property was thorough.

What a wonderful stay I had. All was perfect from furnishings, and linens, to a well-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and quality appliances and heating. It was so neat and clean all around; the parking was great as was the variety of outdoor seating. Lovely stay, thank you so much!

We booked Absolutely Zen on a short notice and it turned out to be so beautiful and exactly what we were looking for in terms of Redwoods EVERYWHERE! It’s also a well-maintained, clean, modern home with a cozy feel. It’s also accessible to Armstrong National Park, which we came to visit. And to vineyards and wineries for those interested. The kitchen has plenty of appliances, which was important to us for cooking. Close to no service but great wifi. Great beds, large space. Thank you, Stace!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Stace's beautiful home! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our week away. The house is situated in a gorgeous forest off the main road and we appreciated the quiet serenity of the surroundings and the grounding nature of all those redwoods. We enjoyed a hike in Armstrong Reserve and a stroll on the bluffs near Shell Beach. I love Guerneville's proximity to the ocean. Stace and the team at Wine Country to Coast Vacation Rentals were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for helping to make it a lovely getaway!

Absolute Zen is exactly that! The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our holiday stay. Convenient to the town as well as river/beach access, we also enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful getaway in the woods. We loved being on the second floor amongst the trees while we slept and our kids loved playing ping pong & darts in the garage. Very lovely home and wonderful hosts! Stace's house is such a delight in the redwood forest. As the description indicates, it is a mile or so from the party town of Guerneville, but world's away. The house is located on a narrow, slightly winding road with closely spaced residences lining the steeply sloped forested roadway. You may need to pull over on occasion to allow an approaching car to pass.The driveway can accommodate 2 sedans, but 2 large trucks or SUVs would be tight.The house is built on two levels, with the living area accessed by climbing 17 exterior steps. The front door opens into a large living, dining, kitchen area comfortably furnished with seating and dining options for the 4 allowable guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with nice appliances and utensils.Both bedrooms have French doors that open onto the rear patio. The beds are comfortable, linens nice.The house was a perfect weekend getaway for 2 couples. It was nicely located for a day trip to Sonoma, as well as a walking tour of Healdsburg.

We had a fabulous time at Absolute Zen. The house was fresh, clean and comfortable and the location felt like a beautiful redwood retreat. It was perfectly situated for walks right from the property as well as trips to the coast and surrounding areas. We appreciated having Guerneville as our base, with fun restaurants, coffee shops, proximity to the river and a dose of history. We'd love to go back!

This house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood , right of the main hwy where you are mins away to the grocery store, bakery, and cafes. The river and beach are also a short drive away. The house is comfortable and spacious for 4 people. Our family did an extended remote working stay and we the wifi was fast and reliable (not always the case in the area). Our teen and kid loved the game room and all the tv network options. My favorite place was the kitchen which is well equipped with everything you need to cook/bake. Great place!

Absolute Zen lives up to its name. The space is absolutely gorgeous and you feel like you are in a relaxing hideaway but with the benefit of being 5 minutes from the heart of Guernville. I would definitely recommend this rental to a friend and we would book again on our next trip.

Absolute Zen is a very, very comfortable house. It’s roomy and airy, and the layout is perfect for two couples. There’s not much outdoor space, but it’s so roomy inside that you don’t feel cramped whatsoever. And it was very clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We had a great stay over 4th of July. The house was bigger than anticipated and had ample space for two couples and a dog. I wish there was a little bit more outdoor space, but the game room garage was a hit. The neighborhood is nice for walking and close proximity to the river and downtown Guernville.

This cozy home is nestled by trees. It is furnished with just about everything you will need. The property manager/owner was very kind to leave us with stuff we may have needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner perfect. House is very clean and though the parking is a bit cramped, it still perfect for just 2 cars. We spend Thanksgiving in different locations, in different states, and this home for sure will be a home we will return to.

I’ve stayed at many rentals in the Russian River Valley over the years and this was, by far, the best experience I’ve had. The property was clean and well-maintained, everything was in order, and the staff were an absolute delight to work with. There was a power outage during my stay and the rental company reached out by text message to inform us of the utility company’s estimated time of restoration and to make sure we knew where to find the lanterns in the house in the meanwhile. That personal touch and attention to detail was constant throughout the process. I’ll definitely look to rent from them again in the future.

This place really delivered what we needed. Rest and relaxation. Couldn’t get the garbage disposal to work and they were right on it —- even though it was Christmas Eve. Needed a new one and Bill went and got one and installed right away. Will definitely be coming back in the spring

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I needed to get out of town for a week so came here to work as well as enjoy the area in the evenings and on the weekends. From a work standpoint there was plenty of room at the big dining table plus a cute desk in the corner. Wi-Fi was great - no problems with us both being on video conferences at the same time plus we brought out fire stick to stream video. The house was spacious with plenty of room for us and our dogs. Loved the great room with the modern kitchen, wood burning fireplace and big comfy furniture. Yes, the house across the street is a bit of a bummer, but the rest of the neighborhood is super cute and the locals are really nice. In the evenings we took the 7 mins drive to one of the river beaches or 25 mins to the coastal beaches to walk the dogs, which was so nice.

We spent a week here and were perfectly comfortable. Spacious and clean with good hot water and a very "interesting" house across the street to speculate about. The entry lockset is rather funky, but works OK once you get used to it. I wasn't able to get the TV to work, but the 20 something kids didn't seem to have any trouble. Overall recommendation is very positive.

We come up and rent a house in Guerneville every Summer, so it was nice to be here in the Spring without the crowds. <br/>The house was the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us plus our two dogs. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfy, the furniture and the kitchen/living room layout was very inviting. We cooked dinner both nights and enjoyed playing board games at the dining room table. The kitchen had everything we needed and even had a gas stove which is rare in Guerneville!<br/>We appreciated the welcome goodies and the clear directions/info/recommendations in the supplied binder. The roads around the house were great for walking the dogs and breathing in some fresh air surrounded by redwoods. You are very close to the main street of Guerneville (I think about a 6 min drive) and also if you want some ocean air that is a quick drive also(approx 20 min). We enjoyed visiting Jenner and walking the dogs at Goat Rock Beach (where they filmed the final scene of Goonies!)and stopping in Duncan Mills for some coffee and pastries. <br/>Russian River really is a magical place and this house was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. This is the perfect spot to come and unwind and enjoy all that wine country has to offer.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Absolute Zen! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our week away. The house is situated in a gorgeous forest off the main road and we appreciated the quiet serenity of the surroundings and the grounding nature of all those redwoods. We enjoyed a hike in Armstrong Reserve and a stroll on the bluffs near Shell Beach. I love Guerneville's proximity to the ocean. Absolute Zen is the perfect name for this home. We spent 8 nights in zen. <br/><br/>Guerneville is incredibly peaceful but the neighborhood this home is in is charming AND peaceful. Adorable cottages and cabins are dotted in between the towering redwoods. Ferns and greenery surrounds everything. It's simply beautiful!<br/><br/>Absolute Zen is a hidden oasis. It's a clean and updated property combined with comfort and forced relaxation. It's incredibly quiet.<br/><br/>We easily found the home and following the instructions located the key. We walked into the home to find a gift basket filled with treats for us (we were starving so thank you!) and our dog, Orzo! The owner has spent the time to create a binder with information not only on the house but the area in general.<br/><br/>The kitchen was open and modern and stocked with everything you could need. The wi-fi was super fast and very strong (thank you!). The TV and cable was great. The back deck is beautiful! You have a private area to just "zen" out with the birds singing all around you.<br/><br/>Our dog was thrilled to be able to plop down on the front deck and watch the wildlife. We saw some beautiful deer wandering about!<br/><br/>I would absolutely come back to Absolute Zen in a heartbeat. It was just what we needed!

Our stay here was just the peaceful break we needed in the midst of moving homes. This house is truly tucked away in a different world amongst the towering redwoods. <br/>The living space was fantastic and the updated kitchen had everything we needed to make this stay feel like home. The wood stove was perfect on the chilly rainy Sunday with a TV perfect for watching the football games. The bedrooms have a lovely view of the forest behind and each room has a very comforting, quiet feel. <br/>The ping pong table in the garage was a fun activity as well! <br/>Definitely recommend for a peaceful stay where you are looking to spend a lot of time in the home.

The house was beautiful. Didn’t realize it was in such a heavenly condensed neighborhood but that wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. The only suggestion is working on backyard to make it a little safer. The incline was very steep and the block stairway up the hill see,Ed to need a little work. Since it is a pet friendly home I would work on the fencing.there seems to be a lot of areas especially close to decking where a small dog could escape down under house. Our dogs were never left unsupervised outside but our little Yorkie who fancies herself a greater hunter did get down under deck at one point.

This was my first time staying in this area. I love the coast. The hidden valley property was very beautiful very peaceful. I enjoyed the Beach nearest to property was Goat Rock Beach easy to access and love that was dog friendly.
