The ocean/bay view from this home was breathtakingly beautiful. When you walk into the living room or upstairs room, you get a spectacular of the ocean from Dillon beach all the way to Bodega head. A very relaxing home with a fully functional kitchen, nice deck, hot tub with ocean view and sauna!<br/>(a slight problem with the tv working, though a very nice lady from Wine country came and fixed the problem)

The property was a perfect fit for a weekend getaway. The space was nice, the hot tub was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in the evening. Bedrooms, kitchen, and living room space was set up nicely. This would be great location for two couples or a small family. <br/><br/>Just a few considerations and minor improvements about the location. <br/><br/>The living room fireplace was not working which was a bit of a bummer as the central heating is a little underpowered especially for a winter visit. Upstairs bedroom fireplace was functioning and it made that space really cozy. <br/><br/>The house is located high up on the hillside which is perfect for views but if you were planning on walking down to the beach, it is a hike. They do offer a parking permit that you can use to get closer to the beach but I have a feeling that space will get filled up quickly during the warmer seasons. Just consider this if you're booking this as a "beach" location, it's more of a view location.<br/><br/>On our last night, we were woken up to the carbon monoxide detector going off at midnight. We called the emergency phone number and they picked up right away and gave us instructions. We called the fire department out and they identified a faulty water heater. We told the management company and requested a late check-out due to the inconvenience. They granted an hour extension but that was it because of guesting coming in after us. I get that it's a business but it would have been nice to get a small credit considering the nightly rate. So it goes. <br/><br/>Overall, very happy with the stay and the professionalism of the management company. Clean accommodations, nice house, hot tub, parking, pool table, and couches to relax on.

The property has a gorgeous view, unique architecture, and many wonderful amenities. The view from the spotless hot tub cannot be beat. The clear fence around the perfect deck makes the view unbelievable and provides wind protection. We had many laughs around the foosball and pool tables. Walks from the property are wonderful. The place would be perfect if some of the easy maintenance issues I mentioned to the management were addressed (many dead lights upstairs to the point that it was dark at night, not enough lighting to read or play games at night downstairs, dishwasher door broken, broken blind and gate, smelly bathroom sink). Management was very interested and kind when I mentioned these issues at the end of our stay and when I admitted that my nervous dog had an accident when he entered the house. I felt good that they would probably address the maintenance issues. If they did, the place would be perfect.

We had an amazing time. The view was incredible. I had questioned getting a place that wasn't walking distance to the beach, but the view, especially from the hot tub, was worth it. The house was easy to get around and extremely clean. After all the fees it was pretty pricy, but the house met all our expectations.

Wow, what an incredible property. Amazing views, super quiet area, abundance of wildlife. Full kitchen and BBQ grill, so it was super easy to relax, cook and get away from it all. If you're looking for that home away from home quiet getaway with a million dollar view, this is the place. We will be back for sure.

This home has the best view and liked how private the deck was. We highly recommend and would definitely rent again. When entering front door, you are greeted by an actual birds nest. The downside was the front walkway needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

This vacation at Dillion’s Beach was very relaxing, the place had great views from the living room and the deck. The hot tube was a great place to relax in and look at the stars. The Foos Ball table got its share of attention due how I love to play the game. A overall Great place to take the family!!

This beautiful home is located on a very quiet street. The furnishings were exceptional and comfortable. Everything one needs to "be at home" when not at home. The ocean view from the living room is stunning. And the ocean view from the upstairs bedroom is even more stunning. The property managers were so lovely to deal with and wanted to insure our every need. The house and property are so lovely and clean. The beds are very comfortable. We brought all our own food and stayed in to cook, read and relax with no chores or critters to look after - Ahhhhhh

We had a truly incredible retreat-like experience staying here. We did all of our grocery shopping on the way there which allowed us to enjoy every moment of being at the home. The hot tub is really nice along with the bathtub upstairs. Views are amazing and we loved using the grill for our meals. Everything was extremely clean and the property management company was great at communicating the cleaning standards which we appreciated more than ever during this pandemic time. Overall it is a very relaxing place and we would definitely go back for a future visit!

Very easy to set up. Really nice place and well stocked. The view was fantastic. It took us about 15 min to walk down the hill to the beach. The walk is exhilarating so you do have a little workout at the end of the day coming back. But that makes it even nicer. Makes you feel like you accomplished something. Views were amazing (pictures don’t do it justice) and House very accommodating. We loved the outdoor deck and spa! Even though there is a House right next door you would never know; deck feels VERY private and no one can see you. Kitchen had everything we needed (besides coffee filters that fit the coffee maker but we were able to pick some up easy enough). I think if coffee filters are your biggest gripe that’s a GOOD SIGN :) thanks for the amazing stay! 5 stars :)

This was our first time staying on the hill about the town. It was pleasantly peaceful and pretty private compared to many of the Dillon Beach rentals. The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Russian River/Dillon Beach property management was very attentive to our needs and Thal is a super person in general. I would recommend this place for a couple or 2 or a small family. We'll be visiting this place again.

The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Russian River/Dillon Beach property management was very attentive to our needs and Thal is a super person in general. I would recommend this place for a couple or 2 or a small family. We'll be visiting this place again.

Our family had an awesome time at the Beach Nest. Home has been remodeled inside and out. Pictures don't do it justice. Our kids love the foosball table in the garage. I loved the outdoor kitchen. Beautiful home Beautiful views Wonderful vacation cable was down due to storms but who needs tv when you are atthe beach.... Had a slight problem with the fireplaces but maintenance man Dale came promptly and fixed it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay
