We had the best time! The perfect little spring getaway for our family of four + two pups. The layout of the home is fantastic; plenty of room to spread out of you want with the kitchen and living room centrally located for hanging out. The upstairs den was like having a surprise third bedroom, while the downstairs bedroom was quiet and secluded for our you best. Plenty of room in the upstairs bedroom for us to crate the dogs. We were literal minutes away from the beach by foot, although our kids are little so we chose to drive most days. We loved being able to walk to the general store for ice cream while we watched the sun set (and the restaurant was good too)! The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals at home and the beds were super comfy! I am not an easy sleeper but I woke up feeling so rested. We loved our time here so much, we extended our stay by a night and are already planning our return!

I have stayed at three properties in Dillon Beach, and this is my favorite. The two bedroom two bath cottage is cozy and welcoming. It’s sort of like visiting a cottage that you wish your grandmother had. Comfortable furniture, a good mattress, and high quality linens added to the stay. The TV and gas fireplace worked well, and the kitchen was very well equipped. There is a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The second bedroom is downstairs, so ideal for two couples or families. The rental agency was great. All in all, a great trip and stay.

We stayed in this rental for Thanksgiving and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. There was tons of space for the 7 of us (4 adults 3 kids). The kitchen had everything we needed and more - even cast iron pans for cooking clams. The den was great for our kids. The beach is walking distance as long as you don't have too much stuff to carry. Parking was challenging with our large SUV but we made it work - only 2 small cars can fit in the driveway. Great little spot.

House was Great, but when we arrived at 4:30 PM on 10-5-2023, the Key Box Code given to us, 1964, was WRONG. We spent the next 3 Hours, trying to contact someone to gain entrance. Our cell phones did not work at the house site. If it wasn't for 2 Next Door Neighbors, we would not of got in. They called numerous contacts over a 3 Hour time frame. i almost left to go back home, a 4.5 Hour Drive. Fortunately she contacted someone who had the Correct Code 1982, so we could get in. Very Impressed with the House, Not Impressed At All With The Service! Bruce Nielsen

We had reservations at another property in Dillon Beach and they had to cancel us due to electrical issues. We found this place at the last minute and it was a wonderful location. The amenities provided by the host were nice perks. Property was clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in Dillon Beach.

The house was so warm and "air tight" -- The wind was so strong but once you stepped into the house it was quiet and warm. Ping Pong table and cozy environment helped provide a wonderful time for teens not excited about our weather... Close to beautiful beach and sunset views.

This clean, comfy, well stocked home was the perfect place to land. The beds were fabulous which is huge, but then the kitchen had everything we needed to actually cook and was overloaded with dishes so we didn’t need to wash after every snack. Add to that the games, abundant seating, and easily shared facilities and we would return to this rental in a heartbeat! It’s location is beautiful and convenient, the little town serves delicious food and desserts, and don’t skip the Marin French Cheese Co.

We visit Dillion Beach a lot! Great rental and it's priced right! Clean comfortable and close to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. I usually bring my own knives for kitchen use but theirs were great. Hot & Cold water tap outside to hose of the dog or your feet is a nice touch. Well-kept BBQ. Beds are VERY comfortable, cozy gas fireplace. Just a great place. I drive a very large van and no problem parking two cars in the driveway. We had a party of 5 and no one was tripping over each other. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is our second time staying at Sea Breeze, and we were not disappointed. Everything is very clean and so well organized. Love the short walk to the beach and the store. We loved the new comforters on the beds, as the old ones always slid off. Cozy and comfortable. Kitchen has absolutely everything needed to make a meal. <br/>We enjoyed our week stay tremendously!

We took a couple short jaunts to Point Reyes Station (great restaurants!) and to Bodega Bay (more great dog-friendly beaches!). I will definitely be back.

Our kids were flying into visit and we were suppose to stay in Tahoe but had to leave do to the fires. I was so lucky to find this adorable house in Dillion beach. The house was beautiful and clean and in a great location in the village. It was easy to walk to the beach which was beautiful. Breath and rejuvenate. I rolled out of bed and walked the short walk to the beach. It was my dog, Sonny and I and sometimes another walker or runner. The beach was glorious and completely ours. The house is private and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed. I would highly recommend this lovely spot. Neighbors are nice. Coastal kitchen restaurant is delicious. Enjoy.

This vacation rental is a keeper. I have stayed in multiple rental homes here and this is one of my favorites! Beautiful and very clean, very comfortable. Beds are quite comfy. If I were to make suggestions (and I've seen these on other reviews) you really need to bring your own stove top pan. You could also bring tupperware if you're expecting leftovers however I left a Costco size box of Gallon Ziplocs for others to use. Also if you expect someone to sleep on the pullout bed, bring a nice comforter as the blankets are not adequate for the cold. The walk to beach is not far but there are a few steep hills to walk. I'm not in shape but certainly was able to manage them. Plus being dog friendly, you cannot go wrong! Being an RN, this was the getaway I needed! Thank you!

Overall we had a wonderful stay in this cozy house by the beach. We walked on the beach several times a day, much to the delight of our dog. It’s a quick walk through the quaint quiet neighborhood to a path down to the north side of the beach. For future guests, it helped us to bring a folding laundry rack (to dry wet towels from the beach). I would also suggest bringing some Tupperware type food storages containers and a spatula to help with meal preparations in their otherwise well equipped kitchen. It took me a day to figure out that the thermostat in the main room lights the gas faux fireplace that eventually heats the upstairs. We also figured out that it was easier to load in and load out via the back stairs (fewer stairs; less up and down to bring things into the lower level). It would be helpful to have a bath mat for the upper shower/tub and a grab bar inside the lower shower. The property management company was responsive when we called with a problem. We would definitely rent Sea Breeze again.

We had fantastic coastal weather in November! Clear skies and sun on the beach. The overcast rolled in every afternoon, but then blew out before sunset. My wife and I walked the dogs to the beach 2 times each day, great exercise for all 4 of us.<br/>This house was cozy and had plenty of room. We like the good light for reading. The kitchen was nice and I cooked dinner every night. The restaurant at the store is only open on the weekends.<br/>We felt very covid-safe during this trip.

Needed a nurses getaway and this space fit the bill. Pet friendly made the stay all the more special. Ample parking for 2 cars. If you struggle with stairs, know there are quite a few. We walked to the beach in the morning...which is also dog friendly. The kitchen is well stocked and it was just what 2 weary nurses needed. Thank you!

We rented Sunday thru Saturday. It was just the two of us and our 2 dogs. The house is very comfortable and fairly well equipped. Everything works fine and it's only a 5 min walk to the beach. We were working remote that week with 2 computers going and no issues with internet service. You may want to bring you own laundry detergent and charcoal briquettes with started. There is a Weber charcoal grill on the patio but the charcoal and starter are not provided. All in all, very happy with our stay, the location and the responsiveness of the owner and managers.

This rental was in a perfect location in Dillon Beach. Central location and walking distance to the beach and Dillan Beach Resort restaurant and general store. The home was clean and well appointed, although the furnishings and bedding seems older and dated in style. The layout was perfect for us. Grandma stayed in the downstairs room, my husband and I stayed in the upstairs bedroom, and the den with pull out sofa was ideal for our 2 kids aged 5 and 8. The Den has glass sliding doors with a blind for privacy, and this worked well as a bedroom for 2 kids, although the space would likely be tight for 2 adults. The Den is adjacent to the living room, so we had to be quiet once we put the kids to bed. <br/><br/>The Kitchen was very well appointed and we were able to cook all our breakfasts and dinners with no issues or lack of equipment. There wasn't a full set of any of the dishes or utensils and a number of dishes had chips, but I guess that's to be expected in a vacation rental.<br/><br/>The only negative thing we experienced was the lengthy documentation about neighborhood HOA and house rules with detailed costs per lost or damaged item. This made us super paranoid about everything we used in the house. Even though we are always respectful guests and treat vacation rentals like our own home, all the rules made us feel like we couldn't fully relax. We had to make sure the place was immaculate before we checked out or we would incur additional costs. For the nightly price we paid for this place, it felt weird that we then felt like we might be nickled-and-dimed if we left anything out of place or had any mishaps or accidents. I'd still rent a house from this property management group, but it's just good to know in advance that this isn't the type of relaxing beach vacation rental where you can expect a cleaning crew to come in and handle everything once you check out. For the record, there was no cleaning fee charged, so I guess that balances it out that we had to cle

A group of my friends rented out the place for the weekend. We loved the place! Greet location walking distance to the beach & the weather was great. The house was just as it was described in the listing and the management was easy to work with and so welcoming. My only complaint would be the fridge took quite sometime to start cooling but after it did, it worked fine.

Beautiful, accommodating home. We really enjoyed our stay, and there was plenty of room. Property management was also very friendly, flexible, and helpful.The only improvement I would recommend is a baby gate for use across the stairs leading from the kitchen to the lower level. It would help greatly in the safety of small children and the elderly.

We walked in to a light filled, wood floor living room with a view of the ocean and a homey feel. My daughter claimed a big chair in the corner of a cute small room adjacent to the living room but separated by french doors and sketched peacefully for the next two hours while enjoying the view and the tranquility of this charming beach town. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to cook, enjoy coffee and tea and unwind while taking breaks to walk down to the ocean, which was 5 minutes down the hill. We can't wait to come back!

Now as a child me and my two sisters never got to go away for a few so I invited them, I even told my mom who hadn't been out in a very long time to come out and low and behold they all showed up!!! I was elated, and my sister had my niece with her who just turned one yr old! So me and my son and my mom and boyfriend and two sisters and my niece all walked the beach for the first time ever and it was beyond words! We came back home and cooked a fine meal and spent quality time with each other that night but worth every penny and its going to be a yearly thing for us. I got my taxes and on a spur of the moment decision and availability we rented your beautiful home! Me my 11 yr old son and my boyfriend and my dogs were on our way! Now as a child me and my two sisters never got to go away for a few so I invited them, I even told my mom who hadn't been out in a very long time to come out and low and behold they all showed up!!! I was elated, and my sister had my niece with her who just turned one yr old! So me and my son and my mom and boyfriend and two sisters and my niece all walked the beach for the first time ever and it was beyond words! We came back home and cooked a fine meal and spent quality time with each other that night but worth every penny and its going to be a yearly thing for us. The house was perfect and we will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The house was brightly lit and clean on arrival. The layout is perfect for a family gathering. Management was accessible and very accommodating. Fireplace heater was so cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with newer appliances, blender, rolling pin and fantastic knives. A crock pot, food processor, pancake griddle and many serving bowls and platters. Set ups for eight.<br/>Suggested items to bring: Zip Locks, tissue, slippers, extra dish towels, charcoal & lighter fluid.

My three sisters and my two dogs loved the house, the bedroom downstairs was perfect for myself and my dogs, easy access to back door. Easy walk to the beach. We were impressed by how updated the house is and very clean except for under the couch crumbs and one pullout mattress had issues that the management fixed happily and promptly! Only complaint was the parking situation was a challenge and street is narrow, also that there was no potato peeler (one sister made clam chowder-I liked the skin on the potatos!)

LOVE the kitchen and that everything we needed was there (pots, pans, etc). We really didn't need to bring anything but food and drink. I stayed in Sea Breeze for a weekend for a wedding. Booking was very simple & easy. Location was very nice. Would recommend. The only down fall was the parking was tight on the block where the house is & there was no iron. But take away those two small things the house was clean & great for a stay.
