SEASONAL DOCK & RIVER ACCESS
Point of View is a true riverfront property with direct Russian River access.
A private dock is installed seasonally and is typically removed in early September when seasonal dams are taken out by the State. Dock timing and river conditions can vary.
Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, floating, fishing, and other river activities are dependent on seasonal water levels and conditions.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is not enclosed.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
Please supervise dogs around the river, dock, and local wildlife.
